He filed an appeal last week, so I'll post the results of his appeal after it's decided (he'll most likely lose). Also, he's eligible for parole in January 2053 (with credit for time served), when he'll be 74.

Sadly, I know his ex-wife and son. she has her own set of issues and the boy, well, I don't see very good things for his future either.
