Kip Martin -- the owner at Pepe's

He is always so happy and helpful when I stop by for lunch. I had trouble using a coupon one day and sent him a FB message; it was slow to get fixed, but he message me a few weeks later with the solution. I honestly had forgotten but he persevered.

Rosa still works at Frittella, and I believe that she is also a manager now at Texas Roadhouse. I don't know if she's still at Shipley. Wonderful friendly service and a hard worker.
