When BTU posts "crews assigned" does that just mean literally that or that they are actually physically at an outage? Seems like they'd wait for the storm to pass, and maybe that's what happens.
It just means they assigned it to someone.

Highest wind gusts in my little valley are 20mph and 1.32" of rain recorded today.
Over 30mph at our house in south CS. Couple downed trees near our office.
Wife said we lost a big portion of a tree in our back yard. Nothing is close enough to the house to damage that and sounds like it just landed in the yard, so at least we got that going for us.

We've got power. BTU outages show less than 6k out. Now that things are dying down, they should be able to get people back online.
T&P for those crews. It's gonna take them awhile to get things back to normal.
