The city of CS refused to find a way to make it work and blamed it on the medians.

Last night, Downtown Bryan had it's Light Parade and it was a blast! The floats were all done so well and we loved seeing the bands and groups of students. The lowrider club was a huge hit! Their cars were amazing and had the crowd around us cheering when they were doing their thing. This has become a tradition in our family to enjoy this. Thank you for putting on a great Parade!

We love it. We meet friends downtown early and have pizza for dinner. Then we hang out and let the kids play in the street until parade time.

I've known Mr Grinch up there for, ummm, a lot of years. When he saw us, he waved and blew me kisses. The little girl next to me got super wide eyed and said "you know the Grinch?" Oh indeed.
