How long do you want to ignore this user?
At what point will we the tax payers say enough?
The incompetence is unbelievable.
I can only imagine what it cost us for the County to send this notice to inform me that my property taxes are $2.00 lower than previously reported.
Paper, printing, envelope and postage had to be more than two bucks.
What would it take to have people in charge of departments that could eliminate this insanity?

People that worked for me did not last long making costly mistakes. I believe in holding people accountable especially when they are on the public tit.

Exactly my point. If they would stop wasting our money they would not need as much of it.

Brazos County was not the only one. Apparently it was due to voters rejecting tax hikes for ISD's that had been anticipated. They were required to send the corrected ones out. I received the same ones for Blanco County property. I called to inquire and was told it was a requirement.

Anticipated is very similar to assumed.
I was taught that lesson at a very early age.
