It was hailing outside for a few minutes, most chunks were rock salt-sized, but there were some larger dime-sized ones, maybe even quarter-sized.

All I'm saying is be prepared to get some unsolicited inquiries from roofing companies in the next few days.

Saw hail near the WalMart in CS. Pea-sized mostly.

Had hail driving on 6 by Rock Prairie. Wanted to thank all the great drivers with their hazards on, and especially huge thanks to the people who pulled a few inches off the road under the overpass.

Some areas in BCS were reporting 1-1.5" hail. Size of hail greatly depends on where you are located.

That said, if you would rather lock down someone to check on the health of your roof before all the unsolicited knocks- give my husband a call!

Edit to add- it's unlikely a ton of roofers will be out and about in BCS with all of the massive damage around Houston and trinity county.

where/when did this hazard thing originate? I'm of the opinion that it only makes it more hazardous as it distracts the other drivers.
