The exam is free and is very extensive. It was better than the audiologist at BSW. I ended up purchasing the Phillips for $1,500. Ones at BSW were $5,000. I think my Phillips work just fine for the price. I also got reimbursed $500 from my insurance.

I've also gone in for free adjustments and their service is very good. Free remote help is offered too.

They offer a 6 month return policy as well.

My mom shopped around between Costco and her doctor in Houston. Went with Costco for half the price and the exact same equipment. She loves them.

Similar experienc here to the others above. Their hearing test results mirrored S&W and a hearing aid store on TX ave in Bryan. Friends and work peers convinced me to drive down to the NW Houston store before we even had one in BCS. I have really liked them.

I went with the Phillips rechargeables. The story I got from multiple Drs and others was these are the Opticon hearing aids with a few internal technology bells and whistles removed that most people never need. Any Costco store can check them out and clean them while you shop if you take them in to the store.

I read Costco has become the 2nd largest US hearing aid provider only trailing the VA. I'm not surprised given the price point and satisfaction I hear from others that went the Costco route.
