I use Entec and when there's a significant issue the owner of Entec shows up.

actually just got set up with Backyard Comfort and pest control.
Spoke with them, sounded like good guys to deal with, giving us a 60 day guarantee which i think is good.
Going to set up with them for quarterly service as well for pest control. I will keep yall informed about how it works out.
