I really like Dr Damian at St Joseph.
I was also with Dr Barrow at BSW for 15ish years and really liked him too. A few things necessitated a change away from BSW. If he was at St Joseph, I would have stayed with him.

I think they are in the same office (or at least they used to be).
Dr Anna Damian retired (I believe). Maybe she started working again, but when we were looking for a new GP a year or so ago, they said she was no longer there.

Not to nitpick - but the term is FM for family medicine. There are no GPs in this area. That is a non-boarded - and not board eligible- physician who did a 1 year rotating internship and then went into practice. Insurance companies and hospitals won't credential that kind of training. All the doctors you are referring to are Family Medicine - who did a 3 year residency in Family Medicine. They replaced Practice with Medicine about a decade ago. Don't know the reason for that …

Dr Anna Damian retired in the past month. I know both of them. Dr David Damian is awesome and still taking patients.

Or, you know, we all recognize they were looking for a family doctor/ primary care practitioner and didn't need the snide "not nit picking " holier than thou comment to mansplain the OP's comment.
I'm going to throw this out here because of my fantastic experiences with them. Great docs/practitioners. No sitting around a waiting room full of sick people. No going to a doctor's office when you don't even feel like you can get out of bed.

Dr. Mark Florian, Aggie, great guy, great doctor.
I saw Dr Sterling a few times when he was at BSW (was at the same clinic as Barrow), and I like him a LOT. I was sad when he went to docishere. But yes- the docs there are great!
