Since I opened we have tried our best to keep our rates as low as possible. Even knowing most of our competitors were 20-50% higher than us. 15 years is a long time to hold prices static. Between transportation increases and healthcare increases we finally had to move off of our 2010 rates. The following should be going out today to all of our commercial customers but I know many here on this board have used us over the years. It's about a 15% increase and will still keep us at or below our competition's rates. Truly sorry but we could no longer make a profit at those rates.

Re: Labor Rate Increase
Dear Valued Customers,
Since our opening, in 2010, we have kept the same labor rates for our service calls. We have tried our best to keep our labor rates low, even in the face of significant increased costs incurred by us. We have kept our rates static for over 15 years, in efforts to protect you, the consumer. We regret to inform you that we can no longer keep those rates static.
Effective immediately, we will be raising our rates from $redacted per hour to $redacted per hour. This isn't a decision we take lightly or without deep consideration of our customers' needs and potential impact. We will still be very competitive versus our competitors, most of them have rates above that level.
Thank you for your understanding, patronage and continued support.
