I have 15 total acres between Anderson and Navasota that I would like to offer to anyone in the area interested in bailing hay. The bailable area is probably 10-11 acres. It is native grass. A combo of rye and I believe bluestem, but I am not 100% sure. I do know that it isn't behia so that is a positive.

I am just trying to retain Ag exemption, and would rather produce hay than run a few head of cattle. I realize this is not a large tract, so the 'lease' would be free. I would expect the grass would be ready for a good cut in a month or so.

Text me at 3six1-Six49-2o7four if interested.

Not at this time. I have plans to build out there at some point in the next decade, but every time I get my monthly statement and see how much interest I am paying Capital Farm, it is really depressing.
