I am lucky to be in the small % of the population that has enjoyed a Sandy Sando.

Edit: Also 1541 is the best coffee joint and the coffee stuff, food (churros!), feng shui, and people who work there are all super good

The grilled apple turnovers are really, really good, but they hardly ever make them because they take longer to prepare than the other fruit flavors. It's not a seasonal thing either, so you can't just know that it's the right time of year for apples again.

Poblano Turnover @ 1541
La Perla (mothership on WJM) pastor tacos (corn tortilla of course). If I'm too lazy to drive, the new mi Tierra location.
OG Le Petite Cochon before the Napa flats mashup -> beef tartare, onion soup, and beef bourguignon with a Cochon Fume (Smokey old fashioned). Lots of family meals here before the rebrand (though all but the tartare still available)

Salmon Quartet Roll at Kanji is quickly moving up the list though. It's stellar.
