Howdy,

Does anyone have experience with an affordable self-storage place that can accommodate a small sailboat (boat on trailer no more than 20' long). Near downtown Bryam would be best, but I don't mind driving a bit. The SecureCare storage on Baker in Bryan advertised 10x20 garages for $120/month a few days ago. I waited too long to call because now the posted price went up by 70%.

I'm open to recommendations.

Check Optimum over on Hwy 30 on the way to Carlos. I kept a utility trailer there for years. Very happy w their security. Covered but open, and garage door single units. Their covered area could definitely handle a boat that size. Several large RVs use the covered area with good clearance all around.
