Since CEO turned into ARRIVE Internet the customer service has been horrible. Is anyone else experiencing issues with this company?

Yes. Recently purchased an investment property in Midtown and getting the internet flipped over to me was a complete circus. I will say that one senior support rep stepped in at one point, apologized and got it all resolved. But the path to get to him, geez...

Their service has been dropping a lot lately in Saddle Creek.

I agree. I had an instance where my cable/internet was not working. I restarted/unplugged router. I called around 8:30 am and whoever answered said they were just an answering service and that someone would call me back. No one ever called and I waited until around 10:30 and called back. Got the same person. After about 30 minutes, it miraculously started working.

We are stuck with Arrive since there is no other option unless you want to go with AT&T air or T-MOBILE. Plus we are stuck in a long term contract because of what the developer negotiated. Their prices are overall $30 more a month and that is with a "Midtown discount".

I saw Frontier (I think that is who it was) running fiber on Midtown near BSW. I've heard their 1 gig is $59. Mine for 200 mbps is $85.

Have they ever had good customer service? They oversell every tower they have.

I've worked for a few companies in my day, and CEO is by far the worst of them all.

Talk about internet, I was paying $109 for Optimuim and called and threatened to drop them and after a lot of negotiations, I got my service down to $49 a month for the same speed and service,

We have a repaired line(paid for immediately) that continues to be sitting on top of the ground since the end of May. My neighbor has the same issue and it has been on the ground since June. There is at least one other line down the street...same issue.

Despite numerous calls, attempt to use the online ticket service, they refuse to bury these lines. Last week I demanded to speak with someone higher up and the kid refused to do so. He then agreed someone higher up would call me.

Nothing. It's completely ridiculous and incompetent.

Well that's awful. Can't believe they've let it sit there so long
