Since you seem to be the only one with information, do you mind sharing where exactly this will be located? Or a timeframe for construction? I've searched BCAD but not seeing anything.

It seems to be operated by a local person (not a big corporation) and at 8088 Jones Road in College Station.
Not a corp for sure but not I'm not certain that someone living and working 2 hours away counts as local.

BCAD lists the address of landowner in Williamson Co and he appears to be listed as one of the business owners.
The owner is Brad Wesley, and he is going to rebrand it as the Double Duece.
