I have a family member with Parkinsons and a debilitating cervical spine injury who is in need of PT, OT, and Speech therapy. From what I've found online there is Interim, Encompass, Enhabit, Traditions, and Brightstar. I understand Brightstar (which I've heard is good) does not take Medicare so they would not be an option for us.

Any insights or recommendations on any of the above (less Brightstar) or others would be greatly appreciated. Also, any recommendations on occasional caregiver/custodial care assistance for our family would also be greatly appreciated.
