I would have Blake @ Ace Handyman/MPG Companies (both locally owned) bid this. I've used him now on two major renos on rental properties and been very happy.

Duh, I should have known that was in his wheelhouse. He's my go-to guy so no need to look anywhere else.

I'm currently using The Tool Guys for mine. Very happy so far.

Currently using Marble Craft. Very pleased so far.

Maddiedou if he is available. He did both of our bathrooms. And some other stuff.

We used Good Company Construction for our bath remodel. Excellent results and easy to work with.

I know it will vary but what range are we talking for a bathroom remodel?

I think mine will end up being around $23-$25k.

1) Took out shower.
2) Took out tub
3) Moved shower to where tub was, plus some of shower area. Also putting in shower heads at each end of the shower.
4) Adding a deep cabinet/countertop and upper cabinet right hwne you walk in (extra shower space).
5) New countertops
6) All new tile (its about $9k for the floor & shower tile work).
7) Paint cabinets/walls
8) Shave down the mirrors and frame them.
9) New lights, etc.

The only thing we are not touching besides tilework/paint is the toilet closet.

I think it was around $12k for the items that isn't tile work, but then I spent just under $1k for the new showerheads,etc. I haven't bought new lights yet or towel rods.

We used Faith Flooring, they did total remodel of bathroom, tile plumbing and electrical and did an amazing job.

We're currently working with Gerard Construction on a bathroom/home remodel and have been very pleased. We were also very impressed with Good Company Construction.
