So... Those breakfast dollars that are currently going to local establishments like, say, Third on Main, will soon be going to out-of-state corporate big-breakfast corporation? That sounds like the kind of thing a small town mayor would fight against.

Waffle House will be competing with IHOP, Denny's and CB. WH is open 24/7 and usually located
along highways to pick up travelers. With multiple locations in BCS, convenient for locals too.
3rd On Main is a different biz model in a different type location with a different menu and likely serves
people working downtown Bryan or headed there to shop or for business.

I welcome them but WH doesnt even come close to The Kettle. WH can compete with dennys and ihop for worst breakfast and service in town. Nothing will take me away from The Southerner.
