That's incorrect. They haven't been behind on rent since the shutdown ended.
Really looking forward to their indoor space at the farm. Looks like the upgrades are coming along nicely too.

It was announced a few months earlier and not a lockout. "Lease disputes" is usually "They wanted a 50% higher rent and we said no" if they're even renting out to begin with.
