Our family has been using Dr. Melton at Southern Smiles for several years, and we have been very happy.
Just used Dr. Alex Dougherty at his own practice last week for a tooth extraction in CS. He was gentle and kind and his office is very new/modern/clean.
I've used Cashion Dental since i moved to BCS in 2006. I think they're really good

OP one consideration is what your current insurance is and who is in pocket. There have been all sorts of changes recently; some plans with BC/BS were dropped by some dentists and many patients had to make coverage changes to keep their dentist (I did). I'm sure this is something you've considered but worth mentioning.
