Please recommend a Tax CPA in BCS.
I need one that understands how to maximize land sales Capital Gains ( basis is complex) and also business sale.

Guy I used was great but retired.

One partner is a good friend. He says they are overrun by folks asking them to help due to so many accountants retiring and not enough to fill the need.
