I can. What kind of knife?
I take mine 7-8 at a time to the Ace Hardware in Montgomery. Best edge Ive ever seen.
Done with a new modern closed box laser guided automatic sharpener. $7 a blade of any size that will fit the n the system.
My paring knives were big enough and my long brisket knife was ok as well.
Highly recommend

SPI's got me beat . I sharpen by hand with a whetstone and strop…. I'm not fancy enough for lasers!
There's a guy set up at the Cameron Ranch Exxon occasionally (maybe a set day per week?). I think he charges by the inch. Haven't used him, just noticed him there.

Gerald at the College Station farmers market is the only person I let sharpen my knives.
Tomorrow morning in front of Cameron Ranch Exxon/Circle P Feed (corner of Tabor Road and FM 2223). He's there every Friday morning.
There was a guy doing this at the farm market at the mall on Saturdays. I don't know if he's a regular or not.

Yeah he's pretty good. Worked on one of my damaged knives. Nice man as well.
