I have 9 lines on my Verizon plan and all of us had zero ability to make calls or use our phones from 11:30am-8pm. I got the text from Verizon offering $20 off my next bill. A whopping $2 ish per line. Very frustrating.

Similar. Should been 20 per line when we couldn't accomplish anything with the service we pay handsomely for
