Technically neither cut was their fault and they fixed the first one very quickly and it seemed to be fine until yesterday when a very shallow gardening tool cut it. On the other hand the run is right on top of our sprinkler so kind of a no win. Honestly had they kept the original 1-5 I wouldn't be sour at all.
Update: they failed to keep today's appointment and are now telling me it'll be Thursday afternoon. My other option is late next week. So yeah that's poor. Looks like Verizon has taken over support.
