He is actually a really smart guy. Pretty good eminent domain attorney. But he is liberal just like the City Council. So, they all appear dumb.

Throw in the Travis County judge for good liberal measure.

Not sure how anyone could live in the City of Austin to subject themselves to the decisions of that City Council.

Last I read some where, Austin has some of the highest property values in the country. Is that not the case anymore? Austin may not be the place to raise a family, we moved to Bastrop, but Austin is still driving this area's economy.
