My son and daughter in law are buying a house in Steiner. I am sure there are many variations in how those of you who live there have your wireless and/ or TV set up.

Would you Steiner folk mind sharing what services y'all use? I may be too narrow with just Steiner Tanch residents; maybe anyone in NE Austin would be better.

Like, for Internet? AT&T has hybrid and fiber based internet deployed there, depends on where they are at.

This takes helicopter parenting to a whole new level.

I use Spectrum, no issues.

CHoices are AT&T and Spectrum. We have ATT, but unfortunately don't have fiber in our neighborhood, so limited to 75mbps. Spectrum has much higher speeds and I've been considering switching, but there are almost daily online complaints about service outages for Spectrum. I know a couple of people that have Spectrum and like it sounds like it depends on the specific area. The one thing I'll say about AT&T is that we have hardly ever had service outages, which is important for me right now.
