Hey, asking if anyone here has recommendations for an attorney in the Austin area that specializes in medical malpractice.
My mother recently went in for a procedure with a specific note on her file for certain types of equipment not to be used, and they ignored it and used that equipment anyway. They have admitted they missed the note.

Unless she incurred significant damage this wont be something most med mal attorneys will take on.

Unfortunately the voters in this state voted to put in the Texas Constitution severe limits on financial liability for doctors. Not sure what your complaint is but your facing an uphill battle
