My family and I will be moving to Ponder later this year. Our new home won't be ready until October/November per the builder. Looking to find a place starting June 1st and either month to month or 6 month rental. Not sure how much luck I will have but figured I would post here.

Looking to stay close to this area because we don't want our kids to have to switch schools in the middle of the year. Anything within 20-30 minutes would be fine but as close to town as possible would be preferred.

Anyone here have any leads? We're a family of four with 2 dogs and very clean and respectful of others property.

Nothing to add other than we live in Ponder also so it's nice to have some more ags in the area. Bev's is typically the cheapest gas and diesel in the area. Also, get used to the trains and build the wait times into your commute schedules.

I'm in NW Denton near Sam's club. There tends to be a few houses for rent in my neighborhood. It's about 10 to Ponder. I'm out of town this week unfortunately so I can't look for signs.

Thanks! We used to live just north of Ponder and are excited to be moving back. Got pretty lucky with a new build. Didn't think finding a rental would be harder, but I'd rather have it this way than the other way around. Just seems next to impossible to find a lease that isn't 12 month minimum.
