We're up 38% without the Homestead cap. Wowza. I've been successfully keeping my price near my original purchase price but I just talked to one of the board members and they will most likely not be moving off this number at all.

Valuation up 35% but thankfully I have a homestead cap. Usually I fight it but, I don't see any point this year as I am moving in the next few months and there is no way I get it under 10%.

One of the people we go to church with saw their valuation jump 50% ($250k!).
