I know a guy that lives a few houses down from that Wisteria house. If you were to draw up the most stereotypical crazy left wing tu grad, it would be this guy. I hope someone from the politics board buys this house and puts a Trump flag out and triggers him all the way to his safe space.

On a less cynical note, the school feeder pattern for this house is really good. Smith Elementary, Clark Middle, & Lebanon Trail HS are great academically. Football team is garbage, but tons of really smart kids.

Yes, schools are excellent and the location of this one is pretty spectacular from the standpoint of getting wherever you need to go.

Add to that a pool in Frisco under 600k list price.

And yes.....the flag would be funny!
