Anyone in the Justin area have a recommendation? My parents are moving there in a few weeks. I'm in Northlake and only option we have is Grande but that's not an option for them only 8 miles away. Thanks.

Not to highjack your thread but we are moving to Ponder later this year (new build currently closing Novemberish).

I imagine Ponder would get the same internet provider(s) being about 10 minutes down the road. Hoping there are some reliable providers with good speeds. Otherwise I guess I will plan on getting Starlink.

Well this thread is going to be derailed now...lol. You must try Martha's Taco Shop if you're into authentic Mexican. Best tamales I've ever had (they make about 600 every Friday and always sell out) and gorditas are incredible too.

I like it a lot, when it works. They just got bought out be Astound, so hopefully service doesn't change. We're in The Ridge and there's a ton of construction so every month or so it will go out for a few hours because some moron knocked over the internet "pole" (not sure what it's called). Where are you in Northlake?

We're in one of the older acre lot neighborhoods off 407 between 35W and Justin. I've never had any problems with Frontier internet service, but have been putting off finally cutting the cord and would be willing to look at all options for internet only.

Thanks. There's a house in your neighborhood for sale right now that I'd be all over if I hadn't just built. Love the one acre lots. Stuff going for over ask in your area?

I don't think they're going over ask and if they are it's not by much. But the ask out here is pretty dang high already!
