Howdy! I am hoping that it is appropriate to post this here.
My wife (Class of 2020) is leaving education after 2 years as a 3rd Grade Reading/Writing teach in Mesquite. She studied Psychology in college and was originally planning on getting her Masters post grad but with Student Loans building up and Covid hitting she decided to give education a try. She was a great teacher by all accounts but she hated it.
She is looking for a career change but finding a job with an undergrad in Psych, and her only meaningful work experience being in education, has been challenging so far. She's a great worker and she's not picky about the position she wants. She just wants a good company with a good culture that will train her up to what they want her to do for them.
I'm reaching out to see if any of y'all can be of any help to us. Rather if it's advice, information about any opportunity, or however any of y'all could help we would really appreciate it. I know I'm biased but I believe she would be a great addition to any company.
Thanks in advance.
