During spring hail season, there used to be a shop near 407/156 in Justin that would have signs out about free estimates for paintless dent repair. You might check over there, although I don't know the name of the business.

Ace Paintless Dent repair in Lewisville near I-35 and Valley Ridge. Not sure if still owned by the same guy but I used them probably 12 years ago to take a dent out of my truck tailgate and he did a great job.
