Just caught the last part of the story on WFAA. I'm sure I am late to the party but what exactly is this?

I knew we took over the law school…is this an expansion of that?

It's gonna be a three building research campus in downtown. It's supposed to offer degree plans from A&M, Tarleton, etc.
