Anybody ever been to Hero in victory park before a Stars or Mavs game? Is it jam packed? Website said it had 6 bars, so seems like you could still get service even if it is packed before a game.

Packed. Didn't have an issue getting drinks.

If you want to sit at a table you need a reservation. Never tried that so no idea how difficult that is, but just getting drinks or eating at a bar area is easy.

It's a fun time. I've found myself there after a game or two. Never a good idea

Happiest Hour is a short walk away and is also large if Hero is just too crowded. Decent food too.

You can also valet at Happiest Hour and leave your car there while you go to the game. Solves parking if you don't have a pass

This is good to know, didn't realize that. Going to Adam Sandler tonight and may try it out.

Here is my update. We were going to the Noon Stars game last Saturday. Happiest Hour was the first choice, but they didn't open until 11. Hero opened at 10. The place is huge it takes up the entire first floor of one of the victory park buildings right in front of the Arena

We were actually able to get a table at Hero and order food off the Brunch menu. There was no real issue getting drinks, but the table service was not very good, we barely got our food and paid in time to make the game, despite ordering before 11. It was probably a function of them not staffing up properly for the early game. If we had eaten beforehand and just ordered drinks from the bar, it probably would have worked better.

We tried Happiest Hour after the game, but the lines there were terrible and ended up just going home.

I assume you need to buy a drink or food, but we have done it multiple times

Yeah I enjoy getting a pre-event drink there anyway so that works.
