I need a recommendation for a wound care doctor that can give me a 2nd opinion.

I had surgery in December to remove a bone spur and have been dealing with complications in closing the wound since then. The podiatrist I'm seeing also does wound care, but I'm concerned with progress and discussions of cutting me open again.
