That's where we went as well.

We also stopped in at A1 Sand and Stond which is at the corner of the tollway and 1st. Same type of place, pick what you want and they load it.

Any genre? For good food, we typically drive to Frisco or further but I also dig Gloria's.

Amazing? Not much.

For breakfast, the Gin on Saturdays. Good, cheap, traditional breakfast.

We like Salsas for texmex. Fish city grill is good.

Tender for bbq in downtown Celina is good. Rollertown beerworks is a pretty decent brewery.

Unfortunately, the land is so expensive up here and developments new that mostly chains and franchises are the only things moving in. Once these shopping centers and buildings turn over in the next 5-10 years, hopefully more locally owned and unique food places come in.

The Rodeo is going to be at Southfork Ranch this year, with plans for an arena quickly coming together for next year!

Looks like Black Hawk Brewery had a soft opening last week and are open now. The grand opening is Saturday I believe, and they will open up the rooftop then. Maybe a Prosper/Celina Mavs watching party???

Can confirm it opened. Went on Saturday for soft opening.

Nice buildout. Service was great. Food was actually pretty darn good. Lots of variety.

They only had 2 beers of their own brew but also had 6 more collaborations with other local breweries. Our waiter said more of their own beers are on the way.

Rooftop wasn't open yet. This is going to be a really good addition to Prosper.

First 2 times for us was crap. I hope for better next time and I get that it's new so giving them the benefit there

We were there last night for the game. Service was slow but they were also slammed. Food was good.

They were slow today so service was great. Smashburger and fries were good.

Hard to get help, especially wait staff, anywhere. Need more apts and young people living in the area.
