He's gotten the market value lowered every year from the proposed. Some years more than others. Of course tad's still getting the 10% appraised increase every year. I've been very happy w Chandler. Good dude and I appreciate what he's done to drive tad transparency.

Ownwell just got my valuation brought down around $34k which is a little over 4% so not great but, it brought it down less than my capped amount so I'll take it

If I had to guess this I'd all about cost savings measures for the CAD. Reduce frequency of appraisals and hopefully reduce number of protests.
