Quick question,
2 unit house and got the diagnosis today on our 4 ton American Standard unit that the condenser coil needs replacing. New condenser coil for this unit is quoted at $4500 (WOW!). New unit (4 ton 16 seer) quoted at $10,300 for an Armstrong (this company only installs Armstrong). If I use this company, I am getting a new unit given the pricing. My questions...
1. Any thoughts on Armstrong (never heard of them - made by Lennox)?
2. Any recommendations of someone in North Fort Worth I should be shopping for a comparison (different brand, other)?
