We are looking at doing a ~600 SF addition to our home in Grapevine area and looking for a Builder specializing in renovations & home additions to assist.

Does anyone have any home renovation Builders to recommend that they have personally used? (Preferably an Ag)

We used Home Front Renovations out of Fort Worth. They worked with some family of mine on a project and came highly recommended. Our experience (almost completed) has been good. They are responsive, considerate of our needs (living through the renovation as opposed to moving out), and the quality of work has been top notch. Got a builder across the street who's used our project like a spectator sport. He's been watching and now is starting a project using their subs because he's been impressed with the work they've done.

Eddie Servigon, not an Aggie but great builder who does a lot of high quality stuff. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
