Howdy, Ags!

We're Colin '10, Jon '00, and Brian '88 three proud Aggie alumni who turned our love for cigars, community, and tradition into Nice Ash Cigar Lounge in Houston.



  • Colin '10 was raised in Gonzales and earned his degree in Poultry Science at Texas A&M. His passion for cigars started young (thanks to his dad and an Arturo Fuente 8-5-8) and grew alongside a career in agriculture and international business. Colin brings the energy and excitement to make Nice Ash the go-to cigar lounge for Ags.
  • Jon '00 grew up in Houston, was a member of the Corps of Cadets, Company E-2, and earned a degree in Industrial Distribution. A five-time Aggie 100 business honoree, he brings the business expertise and Aggie pride to help Nice Ash reach new heights.
  • Brian '88 studied International Business at Texas A&M and has spent nearly three decades with Shell USA, leading growth and supporting small businesses. His love of sports, music, wine, bourbon and now Aggie cigars fuels his vision for building a first-class experience at Nice Ash.


Together, we've partnered with Bocock Brothers Cigars known for their award-winning premium blends to create something truly special: the officially licensed Texas A&M cigar collection.




These aren't just cigars with an A&M logo slapped on them. Every detail was built with Aggies in mind from the maroon and white boxes that mirror home and away uniforms, to the 12th Man band wrapped around every stick. The goal? To give Aggies a way to celebrate tradition, game day victories, and life's milestones with something that feels authentically ours.



So far, we've introduced two blends:
  • Aggie Maroon Habano bold and strong, just like Kyle Field on game day.
  • Aggie White Label Connecticut smooth and easygoing, perfect for celebrating a win.
