Helping my wife's female co-worker. Ex filed a Petition to Modify Parent/Child Relationship. He lives in Red Oak, she lives in Blount County, Tennessee. He's got the 16 year old son, she's got the 10 year old daughter. Now he wants the daughter, who wants to stay with her mom. It's complicated.
As such, she's scrambling to find an attorney and I thought this might be a great place to start. Thanks.
