I'm not affiliated with this restaurant or the winery being featured but love both and wanted to plug them here. Chef's House in Roanoke is doing a 5-course pre-fixe menu this Weds and each course is being paired with a wine from the north TX winery Red River Wines. Both the restaurant and the winery are small family run operations and good people! The winery was even generous enough to let me pick some leftover grapes from their vines this year so I could try to make some of my own wine at home.

Even if not for this event I really recommend checking both of them out!
