I worked in the ATT building downtown for about 6 years. I saw all sorts of homeless crap including an ATT employee getting shot in the head when someone tried to steal her purse, homeless guys openly masturbating in the parking lots and all other sorts of nonsense. ATT was basically the front line for downtown against all the crap to the south. Id imagine that line is going to jump further north now.

Previously you had to be careful if you went south of commerce. The pessimist in me says that new line will move north to the DART rail.
