I'm trying to help out two guys (brothers) who have worked for me for about seven years. They're solid, dependable contractors and are currently looking for a rental house in the Plano, Sachse, Wylie, Garland, or Richardson area.
They're looking to stay around $2,500$3,000/month if possible. They've been in their current/previous house for years and handled the maintenance and upkeep themselves, so they're the type of tenants who actually take care of a place instead of letting little issues turn into big ones.
Just trying to help them find something decent if anyone has a rental coming available, knows of someone with a property, or has a lead.
