Given that her nose and upper lip right under the nose don't move whatsoever when she talks, I'm guessing, another nose job at the bottom of the nose and probably killed some nerves.

The only time I"m on vacation is when I drive the 30 minutes to the deer lease for 1.5 days during deer season. And even then it's still work, but at least i"m working with a whiskey in my hand.

I hear that. I don't get PTO, if I want time/days off I either have to "bank" it or have a really cool team lead.
I have gotten more than one "Talking to" by others that tell me that I need to change jobs etc.

The way staffing is today, there is zero coverage when you take time off, so you will always come back from PTO to a ****show. Then there are the "unlimited PTO" companies that really don't want you to use any, but its really a guise to not have to pay you for unused PTO when they can you.

No PTO would tell me he likely works intervals, something like 2 on 2 off - and if you can't work vacation in to that kind of schedule, I don't know what to tell you.
That said - take it to the HR board
