Never forget when Miya Shay rolled up on some Hurricane Harvey relief volunteers, with the camera rolling, asking them if they were white supremacists. KTRK actually ran it. These random people sitting behind a table at some kind of Buddhist temple where they were volunteering to distribute supplies, had to look dumbfounded trying to figure out why this woman with the camera came up out of the blue with no warning or set up, asking them if they were white supremacist. Un****ingbelievable.

I watched the press conference video posted above. At one point she's practically losing it yelling at Constable Rosen and interrupting him with "OH COME ON!!!" She kept bringing up the social media discussion of this case, and calling that "pressure." Rosen patiently tried to explain that they respond and work cases every day (apologies to Fran - "I do this every day, sir"). But that flaming idiot Miya Shay is apparently stupid enough to believe that they really don't unless she sees chatter on social media.

It's a joke that KTRK has kept her on all these years after so many stupid embarrassments and episodes of biased, agenda-driven reporting, but I'm sure she's made her threats known. And no other outlets are recruiting her away.
