They are just a pile of **** entitled family. No more no less.
Per the link....it's a guy (who dresses like a guy) but had long hair. BH has rules about male's hair length/style. The family tried to say it was racial and sex discrimination. Looks like the judge says the racial discrimination claims have no bias but is letting the sex discrimination claims proceed because there is no "rationale for the dress code's distinction between male and female students".
News that actually matters, the Texas Education Agency has just released the latest accountability ratings for area school districts.
Barbers Hill had the highest overall accountability scores, with All 8 Schools in the district receiving an A, while plenty of other schools in their area received a D or F.
