Whoa, didn't realize they stopped having concerts, but found an article from November '22.
Sad to see, but I guess they weren't getting enough traffic for the kinds of acts they were booking.

Where is the wedding at? We had a great band at our wedding. We initially had Luke Pell signed up for our wedding, and then he got big on the bachelor and had to back out. No joke we were watching tv and my father in law goes, 'Why is your wedding singer riding a horse on an ABC commercial?'

Luke got us in touch with Ransom Rhodes and they did a great job. Our friends group loved to go out country western dancing when we were in college and these guys put on a great show for a crowd with high standards.

Man we drove from Katy to East Bernard during the summer of '99 to see The Emotions on a weeknight every week. Then I hired them to play at TLU for us one spring.

I remember my parents going to see them back in the 80's too.
