I'm not an expert but every hurricane I have ever heard of has spun off tornadoes with regularity.
The roof would have needed to be made out of something besides teflon coated fiberglass then. Its a similar material that NRG Stadium's roof is made out of and its been repaired 2-3 times due to storms. Seeing how Tropicana Stadium's roof has lasted this long, replacing it is probably still less expensive that an alternative design and material that would be able to sustain higher wind speedsCDUB98 said:
